Hi! Remember Me?

Well, there seems to be a running theme in all my posts . . . something to do with procrastination. Procrastination and blogging seem to have become one in the same in my life. Here is yet again another attempt to rid me of my bad habit of neglecting our blog.

Just in case any of you were wondering . . . we are alive and well!!! We have had a crazy fun summer and her is brief picture synopsis of the fun in the sun. Enjoy!

4th of July!!! Abigail was just barely walking . . . more of a drunkin' sailor look! We had a great time with Grammie and Grandpa Jim! We had a BBQ (with Jake's NEW BBQ that he got for Father's Day)! After we put Abigail to bed we watched a fabulous fireworks show that was put on by our neighbors!!



Next, off to Utah!! Williams Family Reunion!!!! It was soo great visiting with cousies! There was an out-of-control water slide and a monster blow up obstacle course!
We also got to meet our sweet new little nephew! Luke Tyler Williams! Unfortunately, Luke wasn't feeling super well so we only got to visit with him at Primary Children's Medical Center. We still had a great visiting with Ty and Elisabeth and loving our little nephew!
While we were there we took Abigail up Millcreek Canyon and she experienced her FIRST CAMP FIRE!!! She absolutely LOVED IT!!! We had such a great time!!



















After we got home from Utah, we got to go camping!!! We joined the Dabb Family, the Meyer Family, and the Pratt Family on a super fun outdoor adventure!!! All I can say is . . . have you ever been camping with 6 children under the age of 3?







We went on this awesome hike and honestly it looked like it belonged in a Twilight book!!! (well I guess that makes sense, as Forks, WA was only a couple of hours away from our campsite) . . . I kept thinking a vampire was going to step out from behind a tree at any moment!



Abigail is just like Daddy, she loves to rock climb!!!!









Abigail's first camping adventure was a success and hopefully we'll be able to go again soon! Thanks guys for such a great time . . . and soo sorry our daughter kept your children up all night!! yikes! (next time Abigail and I will sleep in the car!!) haha!

Island Princess!!!!

OK . . . because I'm slacker I am (yet again) WAYY behind on our blog!!! Soo here's the Abigail's-taking-a-nap-I-don't-want-to-procrastinate-anymore blog!

WE WENT TO MAUI!!!! My wonderful hubby, my sweet little daughter, my too-much-fun mom, and myself all got to spend a whole week in paradise!!! We had the greatest vacation EVER! Abigail was a gem! She absolutely LOVED the water (the pool and the ocean)! We spent pretty much every day hanging out at the pool/beach just lovin' life! Here are a few snippits of fun:
















I have the cutest family in the world!!! WAYY TOO MUCH FUN!!!! We can't wait for our next vacation!!!!

A Fishy Birthday . . .

Ok, so I admit . . . I LOVE BIRTHDAYS!!!!! I love celebrating all birthdays . . .but I must confess I love my Birthday THE MOST!!!! In fact, I generally celebrate my Birthday for an entire month! This year has already proven to be the BEST Birthday EVER . . .and I am only 6 days into the month!!! It started by Jake and I going on a romantic date . . . to Red Lobster and to see the movie "The Last Song". Abigail spent the night at my Mom's house (for her FIRST SLEEPOVER EVER . . . which was super difficult for me . . .but that is another post). . . and Jake and I slept in until 10am!!!! It was the best night sleep!!!!



I got TONS of sweet cards and wonderful gifts!!! Thank you to all of my amazing friends and family for loving me! I am very blessed to have such wonderful people in my life! My cup runneth over!



A couple of weeks ago I got our amazing dining room table . . .and thanks to Mom, Dad, and Grace . . . I put together the greatest center piece!





I am also going to consider this a Birthday gift as well . . .

BUT . . . on my Birthday she discovered a new talent. . .



"The Fishy Face" is now commonly found on our sweet little girls' face!! I can honestly say I've never seen a 10 month old do this before! Today we were at Costco and she had an audience in the produce section . . . What a little cutie . . . and a perfect Birthday!!!!

OK soooo I know you all want to see our new house . . .

BUT . . . . I just had to show you Abigail's 9 month pictures!!!! Too cute . .. next posting will be pictures of our NEW HOME!!! (Currently there is an 'Andy Gump' in front of our house because they are building the house next door . . . .so this is the reasoning behind no new house pictures on the blog) :)

Abigail Lynn Williams -- 9 Months Old!!!!

What? She is 8 months old?????

-ABIGAIL LYNN WILLIAMS 8 MONTHS OLD-




Yep, our sweet little Abigail Lynn turned 8 months old on Wednesday! I just can't believe how quickly time is flying on by. As is our monthly tradition, we took a picture of Abigail with the #8 behind her. This number 8 was conveniently found on my Mom's house :) Here are a few things about our sweet little girl:

Abigail loves to snuggle! She'll wrap her arms around your neck and bury her face in your shoulder.

Abigail has ONE TOOTH!!! It popped in last Friday (while my Mom and I were at Target!)

Abigail LOVES Alabama (our dog)!!! She just can't get enough of her. It is sooo much fun to watch the two of them play together!!

Abigail has beautiful big blue eyes!!!!!!

Abigail is SUPER ticklish!

Abigail has the most darling, melt-your-heart smile!!!

Abigail loves to read books together . . . she even points to the "words" with you AND turns the page for you.

Abigail is such a talker, favorite words being: "dada" "mama" "nana" "dah-ee" (doggie)!

Abigail is crawling!! Sometimes her crawling looks a little more like an army crawl than a "normal" crawl!

Abigail loves to play with her toys on the ground!

Abigail gets soo excited (jumping and squeeling) when Daddy walks in the door!

Abigail sleeps from 8:30pm to 7:30am . . .good little sleeper! :)

Abigail loves jumping in her jump-a-roo :) especially if Mommie and Daddy are watching!

Abigail loves looking at pictures of family and friends (right now she loves looking at pictures of Mommie and Daddy).

Abigail's nickname(s) are "Baby Cakes" or "Cakes" or "Cakies"!

Abigail loves to "bark" when Ala barks "bah . . . bah . . .bah" She thinks it's great! (Mommie thinks it's cute, until she is sick of Ala barking)

Abigail loves taking her bath! She would splash around in there all day if we would let her!

Abigail loves her after-bath-tradition with Daddy . . . tightly wrapped up in a towel and being laid on her tummy across Daddy's knees so he can do a drum roll on her back!

Abigail loves to point at things! When she is looking at something she loves to point at it, as if to let me know what she is looking at. I call it her "ET phone home".

Abigail loves being super-girl with Daddy! She will laugh and laugh and laugh flying around our apartment!

These are just a few little fun things about our sweet little Abigail. Jake and I are soo blessed to have such a beautiful little baby! She is such a bundle of fun and joy! WE LOVE YOU ABIGAIL!!!

Valentine Fun!!

Well, Valentines' Day came a week early in the Williams home!!! Our ward was having ward temple night last Saturday, so we decided to make it our Valentines' date. So, we left Abigail with my Mom and off we went to dinner and the temple to do sealings! It was wonderful to be reminded of the covenants we made on our wedding day! :) Very romantic!

When we got back to my Mom's to pick up Abigail, my AMAZING husband surprised me with THIS FABULOUS VALENTINE GIFT!!!!!




For those of you wondering what in the world this wonderful piece of furniture is . . . it is a TEA CART!!!! For anyone who knows me . . . I love tea . . .more importantly I love tea parties!!! For our wedding, Jake and I received a ton of china (Royal Albert), but sadly, we have left it at my Mom's house for safe keeping.
. . .GOOD NEWS . . .we are going to be moving into our home in just 2 short weeks and I plan to bring all of our fabulous china over to the house and put it in my fabulous new china cabinet (Thank you Jake . . . best Christmas present ever!) and NOW . . . I have the cutest tea cart ever to make me and Abigail's tea parties all the more exciting!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY WONDERFUL HUSBAND!! THANKS BABE!!!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!!!!

Once upon a time . . .

Hello All!!! Remember us??? My apologies, we have been absent from the "blog-scene" for some time now!! Have you ever neglected to write in your journal for a long (long) time, and then when you sit down and open up your journal to "update" you find yourself completely overwhelmed because SOOO MUCH has happened and you don't know where to start . . . and you only have a few minutes to jot a few things down before the baby wakes up??? Well, that is me right now! So, I have decided that I will just begin with today and not worry about the last 2 month absence!

I would first like to introduce you to my very own fairy tale castle (complete with my very own Prince) . . .






Our HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe it???? It went from a bunch of weeds to this!?!?!? Well, we are super excited about it! Our scheduled closing date is Feb 26th!! yippee!!!

Before I let you go . . . this most wonderful part of our life . . .






Our beautiful Abigail Lynn is 7 months old TODAY!!!!!! She is such a doll!! Abigail continues to be quite advanced in her verbal abilities!!!! She says "Dadada", "Mamama", "Nanana" and "dah-ee" ("doggy"--for Alabama)!!! She loves to play on her tummy or sitting up on the floor (especially with Ala), snuggle with Jake and I, jump in her jump-a-roo, read books, go visit Grammie, go on walks, BE OUTSIDE-- (even in the cold-- she loves it!!), and laugh!!!! Abigail is such a sweet little joy!!! With each stage she has had I've said, "This is the best stage" . . . but really... this is the best stage!!

We are loving life here in Washington!!! Love to you all!!
